For truckers: Easy in and out, plenty of room to maneuver... but ... you need to check in at the scale in front of the building and then drive to the back of the building to main office to get your door assigned, drive again to the front of the building, and after loaded drive back to get your paperwork. The loading is really good and fast. Only the driving part is time-consuming...

I can’t speak for the entire complex but Lineage Warehouse #3 is the most unprofessional and lazy set of people I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with in trucking. The unloaders take far too many smoke breaks in a day, there’s apparently no supervision, they leave trailers on doors for days at a time…allowing the trailer to run out of fuel, and the freight is often warm when they finally unload it. Even the drop-and-hook guys can’t get in and out in a timely manner. There are one or two companies that sometimes have every dock filled with dropped trailers, and there’s no empties for their drivers to pick up. Half of the doors have problems, so the unloaders often tell drivers to move once they are on a door, but sometimes they don’t say anything and allow a trailer or even a whole rig to stay on a door for hours or days at a time. If I could rate absolutely zero stars I would.

The office ladies are nice, and there are about two unloaders who work hard. Everyone else at this terrible facility should honestly be fired for the complete embarrassment this place is to working folks everywhere.

Also, they quit letting drivers use the bathroom here. So now you get to sit for an eternity with nowhere to relieve yourself.

If you washed out your trailer make sure is dry before showing up for loading. My experience: got here at 4pm and I have to stay overnight because my reefer was wet. 😪
