Arrived at 07:00 for a 12:00 unloading appointment and was in a door right away. Done with paperwork in hand at 09:05. Bring DL, p/u #, and po # to the shipping office. Bonus: clean bathrooms and friendly people.

One of the worst cold storage ever. I recommend not to come here for delivery. They just transferred it from one shift to another. I came at 11am got the door at 3 and get empty at 6. Even I try to check in one day early they send me back and then come next day.

No over night parking ,you can't park to wait for delivery time you have to come close appointment time I don't recommend selfish companies who doesn’t care about truckers

Absolutely floored with how great they are here! Security staff was very polite, I arrived at 7:30 for what I thought was an 8 AM appointment but found that it was scheduled for 1 PM the next day, so I went and checked with receiving and the lady working the counter was beyond helpful. She got me into a door right away I couldn’t be happier with this cold storage facility. Not to many out there that would be willing to work somebody in much less get me into a door immediately

It's all about your attitude. If you're nice to them, they'll be nice to you. Checked in at 0630, out the gate at 0729. No overnight parking. Take your chances parking on the street. RaceTrac truck stop less than 2 miles away.

Fellow drivers they will load you according to your appointment time only so plan accordingly they charge late fees after certain time so be on time but they load you in 2 hours time frame 🙏

(Delivery) - 11am appointment - guard gave me a door number and instructions - move tandems back, back in with seal intact and doors closed, disconnect red gladhand and place wheel chock, take paperwork and driver's license to driver entrance. Facility has wide, well-marked lanes, is clean, modern and very easy to find. Found all staff I interacted with super pleasant. In and out in exactly 1 hour. Perfect!

I was worried after reading the reviews.. I arrived at 7pm for 9pm appointment. I was out of there at 925 with paperwork in hand.and that’s after . I asked if I could stay there 15 more minutes to finish my break Everyone I spoke with was friendly and professional. The guard, shipping clerk and the guy that unloaded me. No overnight parking but they do have clean restrooms and vending machines.hope my next trip is this pleasant.. they didn’t steal my load locks but they didn’t use the either.
