I could not ask for a better storage company. My RV has always been safe and access is super easy. Propane prices are very competitive as well. the staff is knowledgable and friendly. I highly recommend using this for any type of storage.

This place is a life saver!!!! Had to deal with an insane life change, this putting me in a tough spot required immediate storage for a vehicle. This place was so nice and accommodating they found anywhere to could fit me in when every other place told me they were full or not interested in storing vehicles. The people who work here are incredibly nice and super fun to talk to. They care a lot about security and go above and beyond for their customers safety and convenience. If you ever have the pleasure of storing anything with them, know you are in good hands!!! 👍

Absolutely love this place and it's on sight staff. They were very helpful with gaining entrance to my unit at any hour of the day/night, especially with it's 24 hour access which is very convenient for my business. The Manager Donny is very trustworthy in his position which allows me to feel secure with my unit while under his watch. I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of a storage unit purely based on the staff's continues respect and detailed attention to one's needs.

Great business and customer service! I have been renting a 10x20 unit at Lincoln Super Storage for more than 8 years and I love it!
Great facility with an even greater staff. Reasonable prices, clean, and I know my belongings are as safe as can be.

Absolutely like these place. I don't have any issues with staff nor the place. John was the same from the time I moved in to present, still friendly, helpful and accommodating. The building were my unit is located, the hallway is always clean. Inside and outside the gate, it is always being maintained for cleanliness. I highly recommend this place, no doubt you will be very happy just like me.....

The manager Donnie is a maniac that is aggressive and a bully. The guy is half junk yard watch dog and half petty criminal. He ripped me off for $200 after being intimidating and manipulative changing the move out date on my paperwork.

In addition to Donnie the con man making the experience terrible my storage unit had a dead mouse in it with droppings all over.

Overall this place is hazardous. I would store my stuff in a flooded basement before ever going to Lincoln super storage again.

I contacted them mid September looking for a space for my 39 foot 5th wheel for short term storage, i explained that i would be pulling the 5th wheel out several times and would like a spot that was possible. The General Manager explained they had a non covered spot coming open a few days into October and until than he could put me in a covered spot for the same price 106 dollars. Until this point the service was a little disorganized, but not bad. I arrived October 4th with my 5th wheel in tow, went in to sign the paperwork and i noticed he was charging me 160 dollars. I asked why he said it was a covered spot and that's the charge. I went with it cause at this point i didn't have the time or the means to change my plans. Here comes the problem. When i parked my 5th wheel the space next to it was empty so there was no problem to pull it in and out. 2 days later i go to pull out the trailer and there is a 40 foot rv parked so close to my 5th wheel i couldn't open the door much less pull it out safely. I informed the manager that i have to pull it out of the spot and find someplace else to put it and i asked if i could get a partial refund cause at this point the 5th wheel had been there a whole 5 days. He said he couldn't do anything and that he would have to ask the Owner. I said not a problem. i called several times and got the run around as i have i cant they haven't.... song and dance. So today i called to follow up with him cause at this point i have paid an entire months rent for an unused space. He said no refund which i assumed at this point, i did point out how the service was poor due to is inability to call a paying customer back in a timely manner he than just hung up on me. AVOID this place the staff is nice the GM is a Lair and is Very Rude!!!

The manger Donnie Gears stole $33,000 from me. He represented the storage facility as his place of business. He continues to work there and harass people per the multiple reviews. Strange why ownership would allow this. I would stay way form this place. I will have a very long legal fight with everyone associated with Lincoln Super Store
