Wow, these folks were fantastic to work with! We used them for a local delivery to the San Diego Convention Center from our company offices in Carlsbad. They were prompt with pickup and each person I worked with was courteous and friendly. My colleague gave the driver an incorrect case during pickup, but dispatch picked up immediately and they turned the driver around to go back and pick up the correct case. A couple weeks later, when it was time to pick up our items form the Convention Center for outbound delivery, the courier, Dan, waited for 3 hours to pick up the items! At all times he kept me appraised of the situation and knew how to work with the convention center employees at the pickup yard. Despite what I can imagine was a frustrating wait, he was very professional and easy to communicate with. These folks didn't have a ton of reviews so I wasn't sure what to expect, but now I will absolutely use them for our local conference logistics. Top-notch employees at every step.
