Man, this guy is the best out here in big bear! Came to us as soon as he could, helped us out a lot as we were stuck in the snow for an hour in a half and called him as our last resource. He was super cool and helpful, very easy to work with! If you need any type of help with your car towing, he’s your man!

I can’t say enough good things about Angel from Licona Towing! After my car had to be towed from Big Bear Lake to Redlands, Angel went above and beyond to make a stressful situation much easier. Not only was he professional, efficient, and careful with my vehicle, but he also showed incredible kindness by giving me a ride to the Enterprise rental car location in Redlands. His customer service and willingness to go the extra mile truly set him apart. If you ever need towing services in the area, I highly recommend Licona Towing—especially Angel!

Wow. ANGEL lived up to his name when my dearest friend, my beloved dog, and I slid down a very snowy and steep hill and then into a ditch. He was patient, knowledgeable, and caring. He went above and beyond what was expected and made what was otherwise a terrifying ordeal for us and made it super manageable. He gave clear directions and was so reassuring when I was nearly panicked. It was tremendous to have such a calm energy helping us and I won't ever forget his services. Thank you so much, Angel.
