Vanessa at Leonard's Lockers was a joy to work with when opening a unit. She was the perfect mix of friendly and professional and tailored my experience to my personality, making me feel very comfortable and welcomed. I'm so glad I chose to upgrade from my prior facility, I'm excited for the exterior drive up access for a fraction of what my prior facility wanted. I now have almost 4 times the space with drive up access (priceless!!) for a little more than twice the cost. And their new customer promotion was very generous. Vanessa deserves a raise (or proper kudos at least), she's a keeper but I bet you already know that. I'm an old fart now but I cut my teeth in customer service (hospitality) and I know that comment cards and reviews are sometimes the best and or only way good employees get truly singled out and recognized, I share this because I want my words to be felt not just read as they are heartfelt. Thank you for your time and please be sure Vanessa knows her quality of service was both recognized and appreciated.

The manager is super helpful, when i first get a storage unit the first month was free which was really a blessing especially in my situation at the time. The location is convient also.
Most of all the lady idk if she is the manager or not but she's cool great customer service and very fair. Some people don't care what you could be going through ...sometimes it takes that one person to make or help make a difference in your life and I really appreciated her help when I moved into a smaller unit I like that everything is fair and that matters the most to me every where I go

I just recently acquired a storage unit from Leonard's Lockers Self Storage and have only used this facility for under a month. Too early to tell whether this facility and the associates are better or equal to other storage facilities in Monterey county. At the moment, everyone has been helpful and polite while all has been going well. I will have a better opinion six months down the road, then, I can provide a better assessment of Leonard's Lockers and their employees. I still gave them 4 stars because there is always room for improvement.
