I live in Fulshear and pay $12k in taxes it’s no way my kids bus stop it’s a 25 minute walk from home. I’m going to the news with this. My child can get followed, snatched, bullied and more. The opportunity for that is wide open. If this school district think this will go into next year they have another thing coming. This is insane

I don’t usually write reviews, but this instance warrants one and a formal investigation. I agree that they lack professionalism when speaking to adults. As a parent, protect your children. Remember, parents—you’re paying high taxes for this service; it’s not free.

I’m noticing a pattern of bullying by the bus driver toward students. When questioned, the transportation department defaults to the cameras as their defense. I encourage parents to request the video footage—you might be surprised by the behavior they deem “out of control.”

Parents, you’re paying for your children to ride the bus. Don’t let this system strip away that right. These kids are some of the most well-behaved I’ve seen, especially coming from a district with challenges, and it’s heartbreaking to see them treated this way.

Lcisd transportation is a mess. Our son get bullied on the bus and they ignored it. Until one day the kid hit a younger boy on the bus and my son ask y he doing that to little kid. He get angry and he started hitting my son on the head and my son turn back and hit him back. I think every kids reaction if someone hurt u and u hitting back. Suddenly the kid standing up keep punching on my son head. They called that as fighting not bullied and suspended my kid from ride bus. Parents be careful and protect ur kids. We went to so many schools district and this is the worse one.

Do not answer their phone and I lost my phone and now I check my location and some kid had it at their house obviously they do not check the floors and seats for any missing stuff.

I highly encourage you to investigate if your child receives a suspension or accusation for doing something wrong on their busses. My respectful 6th grade daughter was SUSPENDED due to their report of her starting and not willing to stop a paper fight, which I chose to believe them since they were the adults in the situation. After asking for them to show me proof from the camera (that they said they had video of her doing) they came back and let me know after re-reviewing, my daughter was *never* part of this ridiculous accusation, the girl who was doing it was misidentified, and they apologized. No child should EVER be falsely accused of something by adults, or pay for something they didn’t do. We forgive all who were involved in this big mistake from Fulshear Transportation, but I highly recommend you trust your kid if they say they didn’t do what is being said and require proof. Such a disappointment, this was not good.

I understand first week of school but things have gotten worse. My son was being picked up after school starts and has been missing his first period. Today the bus was a no show, never received my text notification showing it was 10 mins away, as of now it has still not showed up and no text. Transportation is not answering their phones at all. Ridiculous!!!!

Very unorganized and not consistent! We sometimes get notices the bus will be late and sometimes we don't, our children stand outside for close to 2 hours in the morning and then get home 2 hours after school is out! Smart tag doesn't always work, and no one ever answers the phone. I understand the shortage of drivers but this is getting ridiculous!

Very unorganized and super rude staff, especially Karen. I received emails and texts and none are accurate. Due to this, the kids have to stand out in the cold for long periods of time. If you don't want us calling Karen, start actually caring and be more accurate instead of being inconsiderate and rushing concerned working tax paying parents off the phone.
