Jun was a little late, the LBC truck arrived and there was a line. This lady cuts in line and claimed she was first but clearly wasn’t. Long story short, Jun took her in first..people who have been waiting in line got upset. I really needed to airship my package and didn’t care how much it cost or what box it needed to be in, I had to get it out. Jun kept saying he could not accept but luckily the truck driver was kind enough to help me find a solution as far as what box I can purchase, and the couple behind me helped because they felt bad. He might a said a few comments that I was able to pick up in Tagalog. Poor Jun was obviously mad and woke up on the wrong side of the bed. My in laws and myself were coming here for years. Unfortunately this will be my last because of the customer service and how I was treated. 1 star for packing my box and getting in the truck.

"Jun" cannot be bothered with answering questions. Instead, he rudely replies "we can cancel transactions and refuse business." It was my first time there and wanted to understand the process of their courier services since I was using them for very important documents. Definitely NOT coming back. Awful experience.

Manong who works here was very rude and has no customer service skill. Yes he knows what he was doing but telling your customer that you will not sell them boxes just because they don't carry cash on them? I do not see the sign "cash only on boxes" he helped me anyways but that was something I didn't expect.
This was my 2nd time and i think he really has that attitude and I respect that but the last time I checked, I am still a customer who wasn't doing anything wrong for him to not to serve me next time just because I do not have cash on me. What is wrong for not carrying a cash when it is better to avoid more viruses. I'd rather go to other location.

This is just additional, he should let me do the payment w my card on my own because I work on retail too so I know how to work that card reader with my own card when it is acting weird.

My point, bring some cash to buy boxes or else he will not sell them to you ( based on what he told me).

This is a good place with nice neighborhood. I love this branch because the conversion rate from $ to PHP is the same in the market. You need to check it out. The guy who manages here is also accommodating and relaxed.

I had the worst experience from LBC express!!! I sent a very important documents last 11/24/18 that’s very time sensitive but it’s been 13 days now and the package hasn’t yet arrived. What a waste of money and time!!! Don’t trust them!! And please don’t mess up others people stuff!! If you guaranteed that the package will arrive in 7 days then do it!!! Otherwise don’t make any promises!!! It’s very disappointing
