I too had this company steal my package, it must just be a free for all. Look at the packages and see what looks good, then the delivery drivers steals it, and puts delivered.

Very poor communicators. Is customer service not important to you? A strategy I would consider in communication is to leave a voice message when your valued customers are unavailable. If you really want to improve customer service try adding a text option for communications with customers.
