Nice people here, plenty of room to back up in a long hood Freightliner Classic with a 53' van. Started loading as soon as I backed up to the dock.

Seriously don't understand the reviews, first of all Fran is EXTREMELY rude!!! Everything on this street is extremely difficult to back into very tight. So all I wanted to know was an exact location so that I can look it on a map and see if it was able to turn around or not. Apparently this made her bum hurt and she got real snippy about asking her to look at the phone. Then once you get docked it's not quick at all. So I don't know why people are saying that it is. But the main reason for the one star is because Fran is by far one of the rudest people I've run into in a while. I give out a lot of five stars. It's unfortunate that this place would let her continue to work here and treat people like that!!! I bumped it up to two stars because the lady driving the forklift at the third building is extremely nice. She ought to go do some training and show Fran, how to treat people!!!!

Nice people. Loaded me fast. You will have to count your freight before they load you. Go thru gate. Check in docks rhs. Then i went back out gate. Backed in off the street. Appt only

By appointment 15 minutes early is okay. Driver tried to chk in 2hrs early no other truck unloading at time would not get him unloaded till 15 minutes before set appointment.
35 min unloading time once started.
Parking in front lot.

Appointment needed, but will load early if not busy. I was in and out in less than a hour. Backing into docks can be tight if other trucks are there. Ladies in shipping and receiving very friendly.

Decent unloading time and there are few spots in front to park overnight which is nice. They have several warehouses on this street and some of them are difficult to back into when other trucks are backed in. By appointment only
