Landstar transported our freight shipment quickly and easily but it arrived damaged and Landstar refused to cover the damage. We had photos and even a video of the unloading but could not get enough proof for them to accept responsibility. If you have any damage done in transport I highly suggest you refuse the shipment rather than try to work through an insurance claim afterwords. If you do accept a damaged shipment, make sure you document it with photos and video and on the BOL like a lawyer would and good luck getting any coverage on it... They have the typical freight company attitude if you ask me.

I foun a load with landstar. They accepted my rate.
When I called for the rate confirmation, jjjj, the customer didn't accept the rate. They gave the load another cheaper carrier
