This is the MOST Unprofessional, irresponsible, unorganized moving company I have EVER dealt with! on July 19, 2024 we were quoted $140/hr by Lorraine Hicks. We called back on July 22 and scheduled our moving date for August 21 @ 8 with Ms. Hicks. This is for 2 apartments into 1 house, not a small job. We even asked if they wanted a credit card to secure it. Ms. Hicks said no need, they take payment the day of. On Aug 21 at 7:29 we called & left a VM letting them know we secured ample space for them when they arrived. By 8:12 we called to check in and was told by Ms. Hicks that not only they were NOT coming but that we were NEVER on the schedule and Ms. Hicks even went so far to say she NEVER spoke to us that she takes detailed notes! Mind you, We have time stamps on our phone showing we spoke to you. We have no where to sleep, all of our stuff is packed ready to go, we took time off from work all to be told she never spoke to us! Thankfully, All My Sons saved the day! DO NOT USE LANCE'S MOVING COMPANY!!! They forget to put you down AND blame you for their mistake!!!

I highly recommend Lance movers. We have moved several times and this was the easiest move we've ever done and it's 100% because of how phenomenal the movers were. They all had positive attitudes, worked hard, and took great care with our things. I would absolutely use them again and will be recommending them to everyone. They made the entire process seamless and easy from booking to moving day. I can't recommend them enough.

Lance movers team were awesome! The guys were on time, very nice, very professional. They were also very quick. They worked extremely hard for the entire 6 hours they were moving us without slowing down. Everything was moved from old house to new house without any incident. We would definitely recommend Lance Movers and wouldn’t use anyone else.

I cannot say enough about my experience with Lance Moving Co.

They were very prompt with getting me a quote. It was my first time hiring movers, and they were patient with all of my questions.

On moving day, the guys arrived 5 minutes early! As a punctual person, this set the tone for the entire move.

I gave them a quick rundown of everything and they got started immediately. Very fast and efficient. Handled all of my belongings with care. More importantly, they had a great attitude and were easy to talk to. They did not act inconvenienced or that any request I had was an imposition. They also made me laugh a couple of times, which is a huge plus considering how stressful moving can be.

Lance Moving Co. is a great local option with fantastic pricing. I have already recommended them to all of my friends.

My wife and I used Lance when we moved from Little Rock to Fayetteville. They were very reasonably priced, prompt, and friendly. They were careful moving all of our furniture and boxes and they took care of things very quickly. They even hooked up our washer for us for no extra charge. I highly recommend them!!
