They are most definitely getting call From everybody on Friday's route. My whole road has had their trash cans out since Thursday night. we weren't notified till after 12 o'clock yesterday that they were not coming. Then they aren't coming today now they want us to wait til Friday? Super bad business. I will be demanding they bring us 2 bins on Monday for free and they need to hive everyone a free month for inconvenience and bad management.

Both my cans are by the curb, since Thursday night, and over flowing, literally over flowing and I have more that needs to go out. No way we can wait. The dogs that roam free get into our trash and there will be diapers and puppy pads all over. I've had to pick up trash already.

I fill up 2 cans in less than a week.its unreasonable to expect people to wait. Roads were fine yesterday for most of the day and they are fine today.

every time I call into Lamar county waste I get the worst customer service I've ever had in my life well I've had other ones but or bad but they've taken my trash can that I had for extra when they were supposed to pick up my trash and didn't pick up my trash whether it's laziness or whatever's going on with the drivers and then so then I have more trash that needs to be put out so I would put it in a second can and they have taken my second can away and then they know that I have recently underwent a liver transplant and it's very hard for me to get the can down to the road let alone it not being picked up I hope they do call me back tomorrow cuz I'm requesting a credit they've mess with me three three weeks in a row and what can you do about it probably absolutely nothing That's why they don't know what customer service is very unhappy customer don't even want to call myself a customer but it kind of got them Monopoly on the waist business

The trash collectors are lazy as sometimes they didn't pick up the the trash I pay them to and it results in a 2nd can being put out by the road they've picked up for years, but now they're too lazy to even pick it up, but will the other trashcan right beside it and I've now had a trash can that has been full down of rotten food by the road for over 2 months!!! Not the first time the trash collectors that service my road have done this awful, last year it was them saying i have dogs when one morning at 5:30 after working 16 hours and getting home at midnight I got up to make sure the dogs didn't get after then and with dogs being nowhere around them they still drove right on by like I wasn't even there by the road. Extremely poor service, horrible work ethic, would rate no stars if possible.

This company has a horrible work ethic. We have had so much trouble with this company picking up our garbage They have lost our payments and they have a real bad attitude when you call them.
