This is the worst place to get a storage unit. They over charged me and we're saying I was multiple months behind when I had the bank statements to prove I had payed them every month. Then they charged a card of a friend even though they were not supposed to keep it on file and when we said something to them about refunding it. We where threatened the people were rude as they could be to us. I was a customer of multiple years and if I were anyone I would stay clear of this place!!!

Well, you pay $180 for units and they're only open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.. I mean seriously? BUT
WORSE . TRUE STORY
These people are dicey, unprofessional, foul-mouthed mean people. They play judge with your personal belongings.
They don't care about the contract you must sign and forget about sharing or not being the main person in the lease. As a cosigner you will have absolutely NO SAY or value to them. They let a perfect stranger empty out my unit. My family heirloom's, my father's ashes, my
ONLY daughters baby book and all of her toddler years and school art and report cards and awards AND my ALL originals art collection..ALL OF IT.. WORTH THOUSANDS... DUMPED INTO A LAND FILL ON The SAME DAY. NO CALL. NO WARNING. I WASN'T LATE ON THE RENT..
JUST GONE. IM STILL HORRIFIED. It's been 11 months. Do NOT TRUST these people with your belongings. They obviously do not care or follow they're own rules.
If I could afford a lawyer and shut them down and was also rewarded a settlement ,
I still wouldn't be ok. This place REALLY MESSED ME UP MENTALLY,EMOTIONALLY AND MONETARILY.

Very courteous and professional staff. I moved my stuff out one or two days after the start of the next pay period and without me asking they waved the new month's fee. U-Haul would never do that. Super nice and great people. I am glad to let others know how they do business.

Awesome. Lady at desk is very helpful and very polite. Would highly recommend. If the lady there ever leaves, don't know what i will do. She turned that place around from what it use to be 6 - 7 years ago. Thanks for everything Mrs. Walker.
