This is a food wholesale shop that specializes in supplying food to restaurants. The store is very large. There are warehouses inside and shelves outside. Many of the ingredients here come from Asia. In particular, there are a wide range of foods from China. They are packed in large boxes. Each item is very expensive and very suitable. When the hotel comes here and purchases, I often come here. The service attitude of the boss and staff is very good. We like it here

Worst place to get you restaurant supply. Make sure they don’t damage your purchased items when they dump your items on your car. They will not admit it or take any responsibility. Such incidents happens twice to us and the cars were filled with flour because of the broken packages. I am sure their loader work with a lot of anger with limited time given.

Also make sure they charge you correctly because they can always claim that they made a mistake so they can run your card again after you left their facility without letting you know upfront. They often let people cut in front of you because they know the person better or speaks Cantonese.

They always take a phone order when they are in the middle of your transaction. It doesn’t make sense but they do. I guess they are doing that knowing you are not gonna leave so they need to secure another order.

Please don’t expect any smile since they always look angry with bad attitude, they won’t respect you as a customer or a decent human being. I don’t know if the owner is paying the staffs right since you always get what you paid for. You’d be amazed how can their business operate. We were speechless every time when we had to deal with them. Thanks God there are other supply stores.

I don’t even know how they deserve this minimum one star given by the system.

This place is rude. I just called and asked to speak with their shipping manager, and the woman who answered said sorry, "No, she's busy! And I was like....ok is there any way I can get her phone number or email address, to which she answered no sorry were very busy today ok bye! What kind of professionalism is that? Nice way to treat your customers, lady.
