WORST courier service ever. My company uses this service and they have been very inconsistent and do not follow through with their messenger services. We had a routine scheduled pick up that they complete forgot about and their excuse was "it was in our system, but our computer didn't grab it." WHAT DOES THIS EVEN MEAN. Also, they did not even apologize for dropping the ball on their end. If you want a reliable messenger service, THIS PLACE IS NOT IT. Look away, there are much more better courier services out there aka (SMEX, A-1 Courier, Express Connection, etc.) This place deserves 0 stars.

I had never used LA Courier Service before, but tried them out last week when I needed to have my passport rush couriered to me at LAX. I had a very narrow window and they went above and beyond to get it to me on-time. HIGHLY recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service! I been using LA Courier for a few months now, recommended by a friend and I love this guys! They’re reliable, very polite with fast service! Their prices are very competitive and packages arrives always on Time! One of their messengers Lilliana is very professional and also the staff at the office taking your call or email really fast to assure excellent service! Rico helped me on the phone very nice guy! I’m always very pleased!

I've been using this company for several months now without any issues except for this past Friday. This past Friday the item that was supposed to be delivered at 3pm SPECIFICALLY, was delivered after 6pm. I asked one of the employees what had happened and why. He said "I gave the info to Rico and he dropped the ball". I wanted to speak to Rico but he told his employee to tell me "He doesn't want to hear it".....COME ON, SHOW FACE!!!

I finally speak to Rico today and it's exactly that.... He doesn't want to hear it and told me he's a very busy guy and I should look for another courier service. Wouldn't hear me out for his lack of competence. Also found out he's the owner of this company!

I being using their service since 2020 when I had a small package to be delivery the same day ( a Friend's Birthday). They pick up the box from my home and delivery to my friends home. wow what a service!!!! I highly recommend LA Courier Service. Thank You Rico!

SCAM, SCAM, this company is a scam. We purchased something from someone in California and they sent the package to New Mexico and they want us to pay them 1,000.00 if we want the package. They will take your money you will never see the package or your money....Be careful people
