ReTrans can't pay their bills in a timely manner and trying to get ahold of someone to explain why payment is over 2 weeks late beyond 30-day grace period is tougher than it should be. Accounting department doesn't respond to emails and I can't leave voicemail message because mailbox is full. I am owed $5600 and have better things to do with my time than chase ReTrans for payment.

These guys are part of a huge double brokering scam. I needed help from them with a load we hauled for them and they refused to help me. They help these scammers double broker 53 van loads and book them with box trucks. If you do business with them be careful, they won't pay you on loads you've hauled.

One star for this broker. Nobody pick up phone calls. Delivered load on 01/22/2020. Still waiting for payment. They are constantly lying about sending a check. Avoid this broker.

DO NOT BOOK LOADS WITH THEM. THEY ARE NOT PAYING! Waiting for payment for more than 3 months. No one pickup phone at accounting or call back. Looks like they are out of business.

AWFUL company, nobody picks up phone calls, my driver was stuck on a load for 4 days because it seems like everyone in the Memphis office is too lazy to work. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Stay away from this brokerage

I was only told I would be cut a check the same day I called and threatened to file a claim against their surety bond it was almost a months past the actual payment date! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WILL NOT BE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!!

Did a load for them May 19th. Had to pay a $400 lumper fee. Still have not got paid for the load or the lumper fee.
