This is the most unorganized distribution facility in America. Whoever is the director of logistics for this organization should resign and revamp the leadership. Had a 7am appointment it is now 0911 still no door assigned. Unbelievable.

Reviews are not fake.. This warehouse has been bad with loading and unloading for past 7 years..
I went in 5 hours early and got out at 7:20 am on March 21st.. I had to sit 5 hours.. I have not liked the warehouse in the past.. my first time back since 2019.. Workers are still slow like the older years..

3/26/25. Arrived at 1140 for a 1pm appointment. Not done until 1647. Made me late for next appointment. Has staging area.

The truck staging area needs to have parking lines painted. Trucks are being parked wherever the drivers want to shut their trucks off. Kroger, please maintain your parking area.
The unloading process seems to be getting better. The last few times I have delivered have been around two hours for unloading. Both times I was given a green light. I have had issues with getting a green light after I received my paperwork.

Arrived at 07:00 for a 09:00 apnt.
09:40 called for door assignment
16:00 load has not been touched.
Called the perishable dept. no answer mail box full. Can’t leave a message. Don’t bother going into the receiving office they won’t help you. They will tell you to go back to your truck and wait for them to call you!
16:10 they just locked my trailer to the dock
Called for paperwork at 19:00
So not to bad arrived at 07:00 for 09:00 apnt
Departed at 19:00
KROGER YOU HAVE TO DO BETTER!!!!!!

Arrived early. I Checked in at 1700. My appointment was for 0200. I was called back to a door by 1745 and unloaded by 2200.

The only problem was that at the gate there was only 1 guard working the in & out traffic. Trucks were backed up quiet a ways and onto the roadway.
The guard was very kind, apologetic and thanked me for being so patient.

9 1/2 hours waiting to get unloaded still waiting for a dock door. This place is the worst. The supervisors don’t know what they’re doing and don’t care about the drivers.

They took to unloading 7 hr . My appointment was 7:30 I’ll be there 4:00 they checked in and send to staging area get call around 8:40
Now it’s 7 hr to unload , never come again

Arrived here about 12hrs early and was sent to the staging area till appointment time. Do exactly as instructed to. Go back at appointment time which was no big deal. Till we try and check in and now it's a big deal because the young lady didn't get our paperwork and should have never sent us to the staging area without getting our paperwork. Make sure to have a safety vest as well.
