First time using & 10/10 recommend! Normally I use Instacart (Walmart/Publix/Aldi), I split everything up based on lower prices/better quality food, it’s a hassle & almost never impressed, always receiving expired items, picking it up (not trying to complain, just stating). However, I did not have these issues with Kroger. I wasn’t able to use the app bc it wouldn’t accept any address for some reason, but I had no problems accessing through the website. Overall, the experience was AMAZING!!! I saved almost $120, received twice as many groceries for less money than I’d normally spend, & at the absolute BEST QUALITY! My groceries were delivered for free (for the first time), bagged & stored exceptionally well, & the customer service was excellent! I will be using Kroger from now on! Thank you for the wonderful services!!(:

First, I will NEVER EVER shop with delivery in Birmingham, AL ever again. I don’t mind going to stores. My thoughts were of convenience. There isn’t an actual store near me. AL SUCKS.
Second, I bought $38.88 worth of groceries with a $3.95 delivery fee. I clipped $29.09 worth of coupons. When my order was delivered my receipt read $59.95.
I called twice trying to get a refund back to my card. To place an order you must add a credit/debit card first before adding any other form of payment.
The $38.88 was EBT. An additional $17.12 was charged to my bank card. The second associate I spoke with explained: coupons clipped and used the day of the order placement don’t apply if they expire the same day because the order is pending once placed, however, EBT is withdrawn instantly. Since the original prices are effective upon delivery (no coupons are deducted despite clipping and adding when placing order) the higher prices of all items will now be charged to your bank card.
I will not make this mistake again. They throw store credit at you as if this rectifies the situation. Then on my last order I waited an additional 2hrs and 30mins past the hour window I selected. This will be my last. I am going back to only doing my shopping at the store from now own.

Ordered it with their introductory $25 off promotion on 9/28 to be delivered on 9/30- we've never tried krogers and wanted to give it a shot. Not only it never arrived, but under krogers account, shows "canceled" without explanation. We won't be trying again. Go ahead and build an actual store cause your fulfillment center does not fulfill orders. 0/5 stars not recommended.

I would give it a 0 stars if I could. Paid more for delivery window. 2 hours later and still no delivery. Whoever runs this fulfillment center should be fired immediately. What a joke. You just lost a customer. Oh they also will not refund the delivery fee. They only add it to store credit. Like I ever will want to buy anything from here ever again. Yall suck.

I just received my delivery and my bell pepper was rotten and growing mold inside. Also, 2 of my kombucha’s were missing. Not the first time. Last time my ice cream box was actually open, and an ice cream bar was missing.Do better!!

OMG!! I'm so super impressed by Kroger. My delivery driver David, was super polite and professional. I only had a small grocery order because I wasn't sure of what type of service I would receive. Next time, I get all of the groceries from Kroger. I had a case of water and he made sure I could handle it (senior citizen). Groceries were neatly placed in my rolling cart for my convenience. Bread and eggs were in a separate bag, nothing smushed. My ice cream was little thawed, but that happens. Based on my experience today I would give 10 stars if I could. Too bad they won't let the drivers accept tips because this young man deserved a tip.

07/02/2024 Changing rating to 1 stars. I set up delivery for 1pm. I was texted at 6am by driver asking if they could come early. When my phone came out of sleep at 8 am, I texted driver back if they could come before 10am fine, if not it would have have to be 1pm as scheduled. Received text back saying they could definitely come before 10am. Subsequently received a text from Kroger at 7:55 am that I was the next stop and the ETA was 1:04 pm. Oookay.

Next text was at 12:45 that my order had arrived and my receipt was ready. There was no knock at the door that I heard. The ice cream was melted and there were cans on top of my bread. Bags were torn. Drinks were loose. It was a glorified mess that was no better than Walmart!! I am not a happy customer and will have to rethink further association with Kroger.

WARNING: Do not place an order on the last day of a promotion even if KROGER cancels your first order. You will need to screenshot every step of the process because the receipt from the final delivery will not be the final receipt. SCREENSHOT EVERYTHING!!! When you call about the issue, they will ask for the final receipt you saw because it will not be the final receipt the next day.
