All the reviews are correct been here since 4:45am it’s now 2:41 and still no paperwork. This places needs new management cause they clearly don’t care about drivers time. Only come here if you like dentition pay

My experience was not as anticipated. Quick unloading, Fast check-in. 0630 appointment. Arrived 0530, and was directed to staging area. Was unloaded and on the road at 0830. Quite impressive compared to previous reviews.
3 star review was due to restroom facility was out of order with no back-up facility for drivers.

They make absolutely no accommodation whatsoever for your logbook situation. You will be turned away if you are early, and it doesn't matter that you only have a few minutes left on your E log book but arrive 6 or 7 hours early. They will not let you park in their staging area. The people at the guard shack are cool, and they are completely understanding of this kind of situation because it happens more often than not. That being said, I waited in the line for an hour as they process the trucks to enter onto their facility and then I got turned away because I was too early. They have even less tolerance if you're late, but don't come early either. It's like they don't want you there at all! This has to be the most inconvenient place I've ever had to deliver. They are worse than Walmart, and you have to work hard to make that happen! The only way to avoid my situation is to find out how early they allow you to arrive and then arrive a little bit earlier than that because you're probably going to be in a line of trucks waiting to get processed. Also make sure that when you do arrive you're going to have about 5 hours available on your log book to be able to get in and out of this place and have enough time to get to your destination before you shut down for the 10-hour break. I rate this place in -10 on a scale of consideration for the logbook situation that all of us drivers are forced to be under now. This company's policy is stone age as they think that we're somehow or other back in the 90s before the age of electronic logbooks that chain and shackles you to wherever we are and when says you can't move, it doesn't give you any leeway. Companies like this need to get inundated with negative reviews until it gets somebody's attention and they finally changed their policies to accommodate drivers with a critical logbook situation that the law says that they cannot violate. This place gets a solid sphincter factor of 10.2 and 1/2!

This place deserve zero stars check in is slow and unorganized with low iq people. Then they will forget you even check in and I check in 2 and half hours early would have been 3 hours but it took 30 minutes just to get to window. Never accept a live unload from this place. Everyone should be fired. I can tell a lot of workers don’t even have a high school diploma just said. Makes my city look bad

For a Kroger, this was a very fast visit. Came in 3 hours before my appt for a delivery with a Dry Goods Live unload, they put me in the staging area for 25mins and then called me with a door number. Parked on the door and gave them my paperwork within one hour i was empty. The whole visit didnt take longer then 2 hours. Easy and simple. Well Done Kroger!

Appointment doesn’t matter. They take anywhere between 4-10 hrs to unload. Truly hate delivering here. No overnight parking and don’t show up but a hour early or they will turn you away
