Had a 2:30 appointment, checked in at 21:05 the night before sent immediately to a door and got a call at 1:21 for paperwork. Excellent job the’re ok in my book. No overnight parking

Pretty awesome to be offer the chance to use the restroom right away while the gathered checks you in. Kind of tight staging area but plenty of room to back in. Fast unload and friendly staff

Like other reviews, crews at the guard-check & receiving site are nice. Well organized. I was taken 2.5 hrs early. 5 Hrs to get empty for me. Seems they have to breakdown the products before they release you. Would off 5* if they have decent restrooms for drivers.

So far, so good came down going south ON 4th (THE HOOD LIKE A MOFO). ENTRANCE off 4th. One ends Jackson's dairy to North. If you go pass it coming North you went to far. They are big enough at Krogers you shouldn't have any problems backing if you do you need more practice. The staging area was tight, but there weren't many trucks in to begin with. The map front gate gives you the way you go all the way to back make the left you will see everybody when you do. Receiving next to door 122 between trl and building. It's a freezer, so yes, it's cold in theirs, keeps bacterial down. Appt time not kept if you have any other loads plan them out. 3 1/2 hours later, still not unloaded. (Hint) Subtract one star. You got to be on it for five. My appt at 230 am didn't get out tell 8am arrived at 1am they must be union. Other than that, everyone was cool. To exit, go in the same direction as the blue line takes you out where jaxkaon Dairy is. Do not I REPEAT DO not go out same way you came in. Go back towards jackson dairy.

For a warehouse this size, clean and professional. Everything was orderly and efficient. Would've given 5 stars but i had to chase down my load lock that was left on the dock.

Entry is the FIRST Dillon’s driveway on 4th st. Every other entry after that says no trucks. Friendly Guard will give you gate pass and map and instructions. Check in is at door 122. I was 30 minutes early to my appt and they gave me a door immediately and then immediately started unloading me. I had a huge stack of BOLs and a mixed load but they got me out in 3 hours which is standard. Especially for the amount of bills they needed to check in. . I didn’t use the restroom but I think I saw a port-o-John somewhere. This is my second time here and last visit was the same pleasant experience. The guard and check in girl were very nice which is refreshing. As a trucker these people tend to be MISERABLE 90% of the time at other places.
