This place is a mixed bag for me. It’s easy to locate and get into, but if you don’t have a perfectly clean trailer, they will force you to vacate the property and clean it out on the street.
This is asinine and nonsensical because they have two perfectly good dumpsters on the property (pictured) but they’d rather have drivers clean their trailers on the street, come back, and check in again.
There is ample room to dock here. You will be required to slide tandems to rear, and disconnect from your trailer. The yard jockey was nice and provided a broom for me and the clerks were decent enough during check in. Slow loading.

Arrived for a live load and found out that they had already pre-loaded the load. Was in and out in 15 minutes. Make sure your trailer is clean, I had to pick up a few small pieces of wood. No big deal, definitely fast and efficient facility. Plenty of room to maneuver and back up your trailer.

Simple. Check in at the gate phone with your 209 number. They will sign you a door over the phone. Bring your paperwork inside. And they will give you a glad hand lock to put on. Then afterwards take the glad hand lock back and get your bills. Be sure to weigh your load it will be super heavy..

Easy place to get to. Truck entrance on S. East ave. There is street parking available on S. East, right after Kraft entrance, if not too busy when you go. Dont check in before two hours from your appointment. You'll be too early. Don't check in right at your appointment time. You'll be marked late. I was advised to check in two hours before appointment time by the recieving clerk.
