For their orientation and job placement, then you better communication skills. Prior to your orientation date, they do wonderful communication. They will text, email, and even call. What they won't say is they change your shift that you will be working, you will not find that out until you get to the orientation and you've already wasted gas and time only to see that it is not the shift that you signed up for. Where was all the communication for "we change your shift without you knowing" when you needed it?

Extremely unorganized, a lot of confusion and mishaps. Got my birthday wrong in system when birthday was accurate when submitted causing and delaying progress to log in to designated site. When told to download and load Kronos app, we were told to use the tk number and our made password, but not the server info, so had to go back up there to get that. They gave us all a number to call if we had questions or needed to change something, but it wasn't their number,instead a number to a actual khols store. When told to call HR no one ever answers the phone.A lot of fellow coworkers said they were having the same exact problems and stated they too had difficulty logging in to the sites and getting someone on the phone.I had to go back and forth several times to get on a correct schedule that didn't interfere with school as they say they are flexible but refuse to cooperate when asked. Instructor(s) for training are lazy, was waiting in classroom for instructor only for him to go ask another personnel to teach because he didn't feel like doing it. Training was aggravating due to everybody wanting to be the boss, 4-5 people all instructing us on what to do. Was told how and what to do at one point, then someone else and so forth would come and say that's not the way and get on us about it. There were some extremely nice people working with us and there were some rude ones. A lot of vigorous processes to go through just to do simple tasks. All in All it's good pay but there are some major improvements that need to be made to reduce complaints of the HR department and other workers not doing their job correctly.

The employees drive BAD ! There is almost a wreck in front of the entrance every morning and every evening. I understand the urge to get too or from work quickly but at what cost Something needs to be done before someone gets hurt by this carelessness !!

The pay terrible! No way to get in contact with hours ! The number provided on the hire paperwork doesn't work ! So many times I have asked to called back have yet to be called back!

Worst hr service ever. They are unorganized and in my opinion they only see as a number to replace at any moment. They are not willing to work with there "numbered" workers. Unless you want to deal with unreasonable irresponsible hr workers especially when there is a problem that was created on there behalf I would think about it. I'd give zero stars.

Climate control warehouse and supervisors are courteous. Seasonal job are a bit confusing but overall someone is always there to help you with questions without feeling inadequate for the job task
