Lady at gate is always nice and smiling. 24/7/365 Drop and hook, lots of room. You might have to move a trailer to get your empty out if your own the yard during the weekend or holidays. No computer at check in or out, guess they did away with it ? I dunno!!

Guard office gave me the worst service handling my bills and obtaining an empty trailer… she just decided to lie to my face about not having an empty trailer, when there was one on the lot… Also, I told her I needed all copies of my bills and she refused to give them all to me…now I’m waiting on accounting to email me all copies of my bills. Let’s, not mention she didn’t want to let me back in the gate! Been running this load for over 1 year with no problems. This happened on 01/10/22 at 10pm and 01/11/22 @ 5pm

Whoever thought the new touch screen system was supposed to benefit the trucks coming in and out of the gates while a person sits in the booth at the gate is a real failure. Please get rid of this it takes way too long and the screens arent calibrated correctly. It's a logistical nightmare.

I understanding missing a security tag here & there, mistakes happen but on all 4 pairs of jeans I ordered ?!? What’s the point of online ordering when you have to drive to the store anyways to get the security tags removed

Very nice people working here specially Josh and girl at gate.my broker TQL did not set my
Live delivery appointment I did know about this.but guys helped me and unload me just in 15 minutes

The new system at the gate is ridiculous and kind of insulting. I am a driver. I am not your security guard and i am not your record keeper. Stop implementing things that take up more of my time i do not appriciate it.
