Kiddly Marketing & Fulfillment has been our US fulfillment partner for 4 months now and we could not be happier with their service. Firstly, they are all very lovely people who are a joy to work with. But their service is outstanding in every way as well - most of our orders are shipped same-day (which is not an easy thing to do and should be taken for granted given our experience with other fulfillment companies). Our orders are always accurate and shipped correctly. They do a good job receiving our stock and let us know anytime there is an issue with goods that have gotten to them (damage in shipment, etc). And they do a great job packing our orders in a neat and professional way and getting them out to our customers. Their admin system is very easy to use and always gives us good visibility on our stock, orders, etc. All in all, there is not a single fault or downside - Kiddly are amazing partners and I would highly recommend them to all!
