This is the worst company to use for sending boxes to Guatemala. They don’t provide you correct information and bad customer service. If you want your box to be delivered on a timely manner don’t use them. It a waste of time and money!

I think a lot of people leaving negative reviews have to stop! This is one of the few companies that I know doing this. It is logistically a challenge to do what King Express is doing. They have to deal with a lot of things that are out of their hands. Guatemala is lucky to have this service available. They charge fair prices and they are not thieves, that is saying a lot. Sure if you act like a Jerk, Hector will be a jerk back. But both Hector and Jorge are honest people offering an honest service at a very reasonable price. Your package may be delayed but they are doing their best. RELAX PEOPLE. Thank You Hector and Jorge for many years of valued service.

Very slow!! I used other companies before, but a friend recommended them, Well I sent a box at the end of September is almost Chrisrmas and the box is still in transit... the boxes my family sent using other company arrived a month ago. Awful experience. NEVER AGAIN!!!

they opened my box and told me I had to pay taxes for every item I had in the box two phones at 30dollars each plus 11dollars a pound having 4 pounds = 40$+60 in taxes= 100$ but when I called them to ask for prices they never mentioned they open the boxes. never happened before, now I will wait for my items back because the customer service guy said they opened the box and disposed it, how a mailing company would do this? I have to call BBB to report this problem once I get my stuff back if there is damage/missing items I don't trust this company anymore.

Profesional and ideal service for Guatemala, assure delivery in 8 to 10 days but sometimes it can take a bit longer. Do have restrictions on things you can send so make sure to ask.

If you have not been here... come here. It’s not expensive. It gets packed so make reservations if you need a lot of space. They have drinks for adults too so come! There is lots of selection for sushi lovers so don’t double think it. The food isn’t the great but it passes my expectation for the price.

I havent sent my box yet but when i do and it gets to its destination i will give a better rate. UPDATE: box got to the adress 2 and a half months after they pocked it up. Sent it on dec.18 got there in the middle of febuary 😣 everything got there nothong broke nothing stolen just took a really long time!!

I just picked up the box, everything looks fine, very very small front desk space but I think it's better that way, only 2 customers can get in there,
