We were on a road trip from Texas to Colorado when I decided to share my toddler's fruit snacks, until I felt a *crunch* and immediately knew - my crown had gotten stuck to the gummy and popped right off. We were about 6 minutes away from Dr. Keys' office (and about an hour left into their day before closing) and I called and told them the story. They told me to come right in and they would see what they could do!

The entire staff was kind, accommodating, and just made me feel at ease, not to mention they doted on my baby while I was having the crown replaced. All went well and we got back on the road, I with a full mouth of teeth for our vacation! Very thankful to Dr. Keys and his staff for helping us in a pinch!

I have had several bad experiences with dental work with other dentists and was so afraid to have to see another one, however, "My fear was displaced!" The office help was a comfort, the techs and nurses were patient, kind and encouraging. The dentist himself, Mr. Kevin Keys was great! He was thorough, fast but attentive, and he got the job done very well. He even checked in with me at home on phone and that was comforting to know that he cares about his patients; and he assured me I could call the office if I needed help anytime. For an old fogey like me it was nice to see a young person be so kind and have heart in his job.

I can not express enough my gratitude for this place! Being from out of town and with a toothache ain't no joke but the staff made me feel welcomed got me right in and gave me a couple different options with in an hour of walking in door I was toothache free!! Thank yall soooo much!

I have gone to see Dr. Keys for a few years now, the entire staff from April to Dr Keys is fantastic! They always remember your name. That is important nowadays. They do great work, ask how your day is, remember past visits, make you feel relaxed and like you are family!❤️ I am happy to have such a great group in Childress. Hope you never leave us Dr. Kevin Keys!

Needed emergency care. They got me right in.
Dr. Keys came to the waiting area, introduced himself. Told me he would have me in a room in just a moment. Not 2 minutes passed and I was in the room. The hygienist was so nice. Dr. Keys was very gentle with me. After the procedure he answered all questions after explaining all he had done. Even after losing a tooth, I was very happy with the level of care I received.

Now this...

About 8:30 that evening, I received a phone call. It was Dr. Keys. He was checking up, making sure I was feeling ok. He answered all questions I had, advised me what to do about the soreness I had (tooth extraction). And reminded me to call if I had any problem or question. I have never ever had a Dr. call to check on me.
My daughter said that is what he does

He has a patient for life now!

I don't even have enough kind words for the entire staff at this office. From the general office staff, to the hygentist, assistants, and Dr. Keys himself! I have never felt so comfortable at a dentists office before. I was treated with respect, and I was treated like my case was the only one that mattered at the moment! I have never, ever had a dentist sit down and take time to explain everything to me, I mean everything! He didn't leave until I understood everything he addressed with me! I truly thank Dr.Keys and his staff for providing me top notch care!
