I needed to replace a broken screen door glass. After talking with several people on the phone, they agreed I could bring it in to see if they could help me. I arrived, and three people at the front refused to help me with even the simplest thing of measuring for the correct size. They used to be much better about wanting to help. They told me to go somewhere else. They are the only place in town. I would rather drive 45 minutes to Home Depot for a five cents washer.

These are the rudest people. Don't plan on customer service but if you're ok with customer tolerance and you're desperate for an item then this is your place. From the older gentleman (I use that term lightly) in charge down the line. The longer grey haired lady is full of scowls and barks. I will never step in there again. Even my husband left saying they don't want our money so I put back their products and headed out. Ken's used to be good in Eldorado. There are better places and the gas to get there is worth it. I would've liked to have left good feedback but instead, this is my personal warning to anyone who "isn't worth their time."

The employee who helped me did not know what he was talking about and sold me a fitting he assured me would work. It didn't. When I returned the same day, no one cared that they had sold me the wrong item and getting a refund was a hassle. The point of shopping at an overpriced hardware store with a fraction of the selection of a big box home improvement store is to get knowledgeable and friendly service. Ken's failed on both counts. I do not plan to shop there again.

Really didn't appreciate the little blonde girl that used to work at Atwood's insinuating that I stole something. Iv worked for blackmon before and was considered a trustworthy person under his employ. Smh

Have always gotten superb service, both inside the store and out in the yard. A group of excellent people who seem to have a lot of fun while still keeping a professional atmosphere. Thumbs up.

They took their time to explain stuff to me and will go the extra mile to get you materials from their out-of-town stores. The Camden manager is nice and approachable. Ken's Discount rocks.
