When I booked the load DAVID LANE he only stated that we can't deliver early or late(did not mention anything about the charges), I thought if we can't be there late, we have to be there early right? Even being on time means we have to be there early to be on time! If receiver have a strict appt, driver will wait outside. You did not say that if we arrive early the receiver will happy to unload for us with no charge but you will charge us $500! I called the receiver to confirm they don't charge anyone for early arrival. If they don't charge us, then why would you charge us? If you don't want drivers to deliver early just tell the warehouse don't let them in! Is that something really hard to do? That's what big companies like Amazon, Walmart, or Sam's does! If they let us in early, that means they don’t care about delivering early! Driver arrived a day early because he had 6 days to deliver a 2500 miles lane, it’s hard not to arrive early! Even if we arrived a hour before the appt time can be counted as early, then how could you charge us? What is the boundary between on time and early! Charging $500 for early delivery is unfair, unreasonable, unacceptable, and puts us in a devastated situation! Charging like this is nonsense! They charge us probably because they don't want to pay more! They are extremely uncaring, unprofessional, and act like they own the world! They put a guaranteed delivery in the RC and will charge you for anything they want! You need to reflect on your internal practices and fine tune your operations or no carriers will want to work with you!

Grant Castings (Sr. Transportation Planner) - Not concerned with carrier relationships. We booked load BHM1008330 on Dec 6th and immediately on our email with ratecon we voiced concern on needing current factory company updated for payment. They told us to send LOR and NOA with invoice when it is time for billing, yesterday 12/10 load was delivered and accounting is saying to have our current factory company email the broker to confirm load number and rate, Grant Casting refuses to respond to our factory company so I have asked him to please call me and he said "There is nothing more I can tell you, you need to be patient" he refuses to take my calls so I can simply ask him some questions and his refusal to get on the phone is appalling and unnerving, we have been patient and tried getting all this done on Dec 6th and now it is Dec 11th and we cannot invoice this load for payment simply because Grant Casting refuses to verify load to our factory company, we UNDERSTAND that he is not Accounting dept like he keeps saying but Accounting dept has told our factory company Porter to send him an email to simply respond back to them saying load number and rate $2100 is accurate but he will not do that. The refusal to simply speak on the phone with me is unacceptable and unprofessional. And to get this type of reaction from a Sr Planner is shocking. Someone needs to be in touch with us on this matter as we are trying to get load verified for payment. Why would Grant Casting refuse to take our call or call us, that is what is concerning to me? We communicated all updates for this load and for us to be shunned by Grant Castings is not acceptable.

This company contracted for my company to make a move involving OS/OW. No information was provided as to the restrictions of the loading area, We tried to make it work despite their lack of knowledge and communication, but they had another truck waiting for the same load. $4K in permits, lost time and revenue. Even worse is that both my truck and the other truck were contracted for the load so if we had moved it, the other company would have been out the same amount or more. The person I dealt with lied and said we did not show up with a big enough truck so I provided video and GPS proof of the truck, permits, and escort trucks needed to make the move. Mr. Sam Bedwell, director of freight logistics threatened legal action if we don't stop asking for what the company owes us. That is his choice but I think his legal team would tell him to do the right thing and pay your bills. Do not use this company.

Worst company I’ve dealt with. Impostor each a real person - no matter what option is selected you go to a VM. I left numerous VM messages and to date have yet to speak to a real person. Avoid doing business with this company!!!!!

This for me was a good place to deliver but it all depends on where you have to go for me it was a smooth transition arrived checked in unloaded and under 30 minutes some of the warehouses in this facility that you have to go to there's absolutely no room you will get blocked in by other trucks because the distance between the dock and the road is so small trucks in the middle of the road before I knew where to go I had to back up roughly a hundred yards to get back to where I could turn my truck around before you pull into any warehouse in this facility no exactly where you going it could put you in a very bad spot call First ask for directions if you have not been there before

Super cooperative and very friendly!! We were delayed to our delivery destination for basically 8 hours after our appointment and broker Deborah Black did all the magic to keep the receiver waiting for us since we ran past their cut-off time on Friday!! Great work, I'd highly recommend booking loads and doing business with Dee !!

Unprofessional company. Confirmed a scheduled delivery. Then day of delivery they didn’t call, email, or show up. The next day they just said they would have to push it another week. You can’t even talk to anyone at the company to find out the status. Unbelievable.
