Delivering is chaos. Clerk always late. Lower numbered doors ridiculously tight when trucks are parked across from docks. Fast unload.

Shipping department is painful. They take several hours per truck to load. Never out in under 4 hours; have taken as long as 9 hours to load me. 6-7 typical.

Open 4am. My app 4am got dock right away. Checkin next to dock 1. it's tight backup from dock 1 to 35 because parked truck and trailer in front. Empty 20 min. 👍

Best place to pick up a load of frozen i belive we are allowed to park on the other side of the building to park overnight and rest ! I will definitely be on time for my deliver i did not want to deal with the chaos of the loves there or ta as busy as it gets there thank you kehe for providing beautiful parking for us i will respect it and keep it clean ! A happy coastal carriers driver 😀 thank you 😊 🙏 we can't always get parking at the truck stops , ! Check in by dock 57 for shipping and park in the fire lane face out so you can set up for your dock when the lumpers get to you ! They will knock or call

My experience at KeHE, I was here 10/14/24 for a 5am appointment.
First, if you’re coming from the 205, take exit 24 to NE Airport way, follow that all the way to NE 82 Ave, it’s a left turn, then turn left onto NE Alderwood Rd, the business is past NE 92nd Dr. and is on the left hand side.

Once pulled into driveway, proceed to, or pass, the curve, and there may be a line of trucks, there was a line when I got here, park in line and walk to receiving, the receiving is right around the next curve, it’ll be on your left hand side, and have a sign above the door that reads Receiving.

They’ll take your company name and your phone number, and the BOL. They’ll call you when they have a door number for you.

My waiting wasn’t too long. They called within the hour.

Docking was pretty tight for me. There are some spots that are tight. They gave me door 32, and across from the door were trailers, they were sticking out a bit which made it hard for me to dock. Luckily, I received a really good guide. Thank you 🙏 Take your time when docking in tight places

Once docked, chock your wheels. you’ll have to wait for a text with a link to pay the fees. After you pay, then you go to the office for the paperwork.

My delivery was next day but I arrived day before and the guy at the front desk said if you want to get unloaded you gotta pay me $300 then we can empty you otherwise you are scheduled for tomorrow. Horrible experience👎

Kehe Reckless driver. 09:55 am 01/08/24 Posted speed limit 60 mph he going over 70mph so many times changes the lane right to left, left to right Almost he crash on Hwy 167 south Auburn, WA Sumner, WA area. And this white truck driver showing to other drivers middle finger. Kehe driver not safe on the road.
