Typical food service warehouse. Not the greatest but not terrible either. 2100 appointment arrived at 2030 had 4 trucks ahead of me took about 20 minutes to get to the call box. Went straight to a door. Took paperwork inside at 2100. Paperwork received at 2330. Lumper fees are completely ridiculous. $170 for 4 pallets $70 “unstack” fee. It was 2 small pallets stacked on top of each other. Really stupid but whatever. People inside are fine, not the most organized
but again whatever. Easy doors to back into plenty of room to back in then open your doors. Wouldn’t be excited to return here but wouldn’t give up a good paying load because of it either. Be patient and arrive knowing the check in can be slow.

You can park along the drive way overnight. Gate is open so your able to walk and use restroom by dock #126. 18 pallets app 3:30 am paperwork in hand by 5:15 am. I delivered in a dry van I was given permission to cut seal and place in back of trailer and bring paperwork to dock #126. First time delivering all warehouse staff was nice. I did ask they said no problem parking along curb.

Unloading fast and on-time. BUT croupt Lumper people. Beware of their false charges. I delivered 12 nice and clean pallets and products but these guys put 4 damage pallets on invoice just to charge more. I mean why.
KeHe take some responsibility. Be honest.

Receiving starts at 21:30 parking in driveway alongside right curb. Drive up to gate, ring bell to get door one hour prior to appointment time. Follow the instruction given. Fast unloading, high lumper fee, friendly employees.

-5. Since when this warehouse changed the receiving hours. Before they use to start receiving at 10:00pm I think and we use to spend hours just to check in didn’t matter the appointment time. And today 4/23 appointment was at 10;00pm . I got a mechanical issue on the way. Arrived 11:20pm . Now they said they are already done receiving and I have to reschedule. There is had to be always something about this place No good at all

Brand new facility not on the map Plenty of room to back in Bathrooms available Quick unload for me... Arrived 15 minutes before appointment got a door right away.. If you're early there's a few parking just before the gate.. Extremely high lumper fee $477 for goodness sakes!!

The entrance is on the SE side, just past fairlife entrance. There is some parking along the driveway.
Appt 02:00, I was allowed in the gate a little after midnight. Pull up to gate, use phone to call receiving. Was told to park and come check in again at 01:30 because they didn't have any open doors ATM. Recieving entrance is about halfway down, around door 122ish. Was given door at 02:00. You leave doors closed and wait for recieving person to come out. Lumper is paid via text. As soon as you pay, go back in for paperwork. 5 pallets, I was done by 03:00. The staff was nice. They could have made the back in area just a smidgen bigger, but there's plenty of room as long as trucks don't park along the curb.
