My delivery experience on Monday was terrible. The appointment time was 1:00am. After unloading, I was told to go back to the loading port. The reason was that the goods were damaged. In the middle of the process, they sent me a link to pay them $469. The whole process was already 3:00am. Until today, when I delivered the goods to another destination, the inspection result showed that there was no damage. What on earth is this company doing? There is no respect for drivers in the whole process. Truck drivers should pay more attention.

They set appointment times but don’t actually let you in the gate until an hour or 2 after your appointment.
Check in process is a nightmare because of all the drivers being in a rush to make the appointments.
As you can see, you have to park on the side of the road and get in where you fit in.
Once you get through the trucks and rude yard guy.. it’s pretty much in and out.
A headache for sure.

Heads up if you can’t back in tight holes DO NOT COME HERE. lol. I am good but took me a minute. Got here at 12 am for a 3 am appointment. Line was already formed I was like 15 in line. Got a door at 3am. Check in process is simple but long. Not a good place to come!!! There is little room to play with when backing. It is enough but your skills will be tested.

I will absolutely not go back Today I met a truck driver who got there at one o'clock In the morning They left him in the dock at seven in the morning when I left He missed a load And to top it all off Almost a $1000.
For lumper So try your best not to fall asleep while you're getting unloaded Because they won't call you

You know, I’ve been coming here every three weeks for a year now. It’s a super tight sh$& hole to get around in, typical high lumper fees, but in the last 4 months or so, they’ve changed and it’s a good change. Used to be a place you could plan on getting at least an hour or so nap in while you were unloading (I usually only have 5-7 pallets) but the last 3-4 times I’ve been here, I’ve been out in less than 1-1 1/2 hours. Still too long for just a few pallets, but better than a year ago. Be prepared to have your skills tested and your patience with other drivers, as this place can be a zoo getting in and out. Still better than a Target warehouse though (if that’s actually a compliment).

Google maps and Google maps alone was the only thing that was helpful putting me right at the front gate.

This place deserves the lowest of the lowest low amount of stars known to mankind. And when I say that I mean like Americas trillions of dollars debt amount of stars.

Nothing about this place or the people impressed me everyone was rude or trying to scam some sort of money out of you.

If this business caught fire while I was there, I would find some marshmallows and toast them as I watched it burn.

I would rather crap in one hand and clap than have to deal with the people here ever again.

I hope I never have the displeasure of ever setting foot back at this place.

Very rude Mexican woman working at front reception. Employees need to be trained on customer service. She refused to offload me and still charged a 250 late fee. Worst experience ever completing a delivery in my 5 years of driving.

No overnight parking, can arrive an hour before your appointment. Place is a little tight. Unloaded in a reasonable amount of time.
