Took my Lincoln Nautilus to Keeney for an electrical issue. Communication was great and very detailed on the process to find the issue. Once he found out his initial diagnosis didn't fix the problem, he dug way deeper to the root cause, and didn't charge me for the additional time after the initial diagnosis. It is rare for a mechanic to be so upstanding.

I previously had two different places say that I would need to go to the dealership b/c of the needs & novelty of my car’s transmission, which I was dreading. I haven't been to the Tennessee site but keeney used to be in michigan. His inspection reports saved me money since my car is currently in the shop and they tried to sell me something I don't need. Without keeneys inspection details I'd be out another 1500 today.
