Excellent service and care. My husband had smashed his fingertip while cosing a ladder. We went to the ER. It was extremely busy. Everyone was quickly accessed with a triage nurse, and they then took in patients according in order of severity, which is totally understandable! All staff were kind and caring, including the security officers. Once seen by the doctor and nurses, he was taking care of. The doctor was great. Thank you, everyone, at Kaiser!

Had surgery here.I was treated very well nurses were exceptional. Doctor Ananda was exceptional all but in recovery Nurse Lewis.. Was very rude Sometimes.
I think maybe she was having a bad day. But my day was not that good. I just had my head and chest operated on. That's why I could not give 5 stars.

The emergency room was incredible. the nurse took me right in. The Dr came in and ran tests. They found the problem and they are treating me. Awesome experience.
