Scheduled a pick up. On the day, the pick up person called. Missed the first call and answered the second call. I told him I was in a meeting and to just come and pick it up at home. Hung up on me. Also sent a text message. Did not arrive. Did not respond. Called their office. The person who answered was very dismissive and advised that I should call the pick up person again. Told her I did and the person was not responding and I am working from home to accommodate the pick up schdule. She said non-chalantly that because I did not pick up the call which I did, they went ahead and rescheduled the pick up, without telling me. I told her to just cancel and she said, okay. No apologies. Bad service. Don’t waste your time.

Very poor service. I was charge for 1 delivery for 2 boxes with different name but same address. Romy the guy said just only 1 charge since it has same address. The 1st box delivered last THU but the 2nd box still not delivered because it showing for pick up at the store. Since SAT (05/20/17) I start following up and even charge me again of $5 for delivery but until now the box still not delivered. And even the rates they charge are not uniform. What a disappointing experience.

LBC rejected my package but Johnny Air provide service withou any question. They have small X-ray machine. 🙂

this business has been bashed on yelp and otjer sites but as far as my visit went, the transaction went very well. no hassles, no hitches, no drama.

Office charges more than advertised on their website. Website shows $25 addiyional charge for 1 phone. Office charged me $50. And on top of that I called if they would take cards for payment they confirmed they accept but did not inform me of the additional 3% fee. If I had known, i would have just gotten cash from and ATM and save a few bucks after getting caught off guard with the phone fee.
