The bad reviews are old. The warehouse manager changed a few months back, and the new one is great. I was checked in and loaded within an hour. I had one problem; my load was not what was expected, I thought, and the manager thought that my coils were lay down and they were actually skidded. The place can get busy and there isn't much space, but overall it was a great experience.

I load here frequently....one thing that is absolutely true is that they do their best to get you in and out. Now, there is limited space, as is most places in Savanah, but Ms Mimi and her crew do all they can to accommodate you and get you out of there!

To those who say the new management has changed were just highly fortunate . First time here and will refuse anymore loads coming out of here . Been here since 11:57am ( current time of review is 5:07pm ) . Of course they take a lunch and lock the door as they see a driver pulling in . Then proceeds to say that they will save my spot in line . Well 12:57pm rolls around and it's a line of 5 drivers waiting at the door .

Fast forward after about 20 minutes after check in 1:20pm lady comes over and tells me I don't even get loaded over here and sends me to 2nd warehouse . Would you guess the second warehouse is almost clueless about why I was sent there . So they send me back to the main lot , and " assure that my spot in line will remain " .

Get back here and they guide me to where I should be and been still waiting for hours . Then the " warehouse manager " assures me that I was not here before two other drivers that were loaded before me and most certainly was .

Very poor communication skills, very poor workmanship , and they do not pay detention . Waste of a day .

My load was from Dock#1 I have 16 yrs in this business and by far it was one of my top 3 best places ... it was a very fast load ... guys inside from Cali ... very polite (all of them) . Extremely happy with it !

This place must be under new management...it used to be horrible but since they got Mrs. Mimi working the desk she keeps it flowing. Great place now to get loaded. I used to dread coming here but now I know she will hold it down and we are in and out.

This is the guy load my trailer 25000lbs when my trailer hold 15000lbs .. I ask him how much shipment weight .. he said “ we send like this on hotshot trailers all the time .. watch how much your hauling …

Customer service from Meme was awesome in and out with no issues other than the traffic but overall this warehouse moves pretty fast.
