This is was the first time I had visited this Jimmy John's. The lady that was working April I'm thinking she was the General Manager was working really hard. Asked what was good and she introduced me to the new Smoke Chedder Bourbon sandwich which was fantastic. This manager deserves all the praise with what I seen today. Running that store like a champ. I will be back to visit this location. Praise to this Gm of this store.

My rewards are a way for me to get a 2 4 1 . I just had to pay 7 dollars for 2 , and I don't think the employees at this location liked that very much , they wanted to know how . They don't smile much , whatever day they were having I don't want it . I hope they put more spunk into their job.

I went to get a Jimmy John’s sandwich that I normally get and this is what they gave me. I went through the drive-through. The lady was not happy about putting in my rewards and seemed to be annoyed, but the guy making the sandwich should’ve known better, more lettuce than meat. Bread was
Burnt and didn't taste like it normally does:/ plus forgot the avocado. Not happy

No mayo or mustard on the gargantuan. My onion and jalapeños was on my girlfriends sandwich . Meat and bread was good . Better than subway but not near as good as mcalister's or publix .

This location is way more expensive than the Dothan, AL location 20 minutes down the road. Doesn't make sense - even with the rising cost of food.

Today was my first time at this location and I’m a little disappointed that I hadn’t been in sooner. Brian was amazing! From the time I walked in, he greeted me with smile and made my sandwich freakishly fast. He told me all about the awards and wished me a Happy New Year as I walked out the door. In a time where customer service and great food are lacking, today proved me otherwise!
