I just want you to know that Destiny Bode is so wonderful!!! She has been very informative and any questions I have had over the past few weeks, she has responded so quickly and I appreciate that so much! When I came in yesterday to test drive, she offered to spend money out of her own pocket for gas when the light came on. I told her not to worry about that and went back to the dealership so she wouldn’t have to spend out of her own pocket. When we got back, I am a healthcare worker and she spent so much time trying to get my discount for me and she made it happen! This lady went above and beyond to make sure we were treated like family and made sure we were able to get the all the incentives for January! Destiny is definitely a keeper and I would rate her an 11 on a 1-10 survey! Just wanted to let you know what great customer service you have and I will definitely purchase my next vehicle with y’all!!! I live over 2 1/2 hours away and definitely worth the drive for all the savings and customer service!! Oh and I love my new Chevy Traverse Z71!!!!

This was the first time I have ever bought a vehicle without leaving the comfort of my home! Antonio made the process so easy and painless. Everyone that I talked with was awesome!! Initially in my search for a car - it was not a good experience at all - but Thanks to Justin Harris at Jimmy Britt Chevrolet GMC I was able
to find the right truck for me in an awesome environment!! It was a bit of a drive but well worth it. Justin Harris was patient and courteous and listened to what I wanted and was very responsive. I drove a couple of different vehicles until finding THE ONE!! If you need to go vehicle shopping - you need to go to Jimmy Britt!! Everyone there were great!! Ask for Justin!! My husband and I just bought a GMC truck from this dealership and we had a great experience! Scott was our salesman and he did an excellent job. When we first called about the vehicle, he sent us a personalized video of the truck showing us all of the details before we made the decision to drive an hour to see the truck. Scott was very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot and showed us many options to at matched what we were looking for. 11/10 recommend the dealership and Scott! Kudos to Fabian in finances as well! Both Scott and Fabian stayed late to make sure that everything got taken care of for us.

My mom and I both got new cars from Jimmy Britt recently and were met with nothing but kindness and respect. We used Tim both times and he was phenomenal! My dad will also be using him when it’s time for him to get a new truck. I have a close connection with some of the people at Jimmy Britt and their families, but even if I didn’t I know the experience would’ve been the same! He promptly answered all of my questions, provided all the information I requested, and even sent detailed pictures and videos of the vehicle when asked. From the initial message about the car I was interested in to coordinating the shipping across the country, he made the entire transaction smooth and hassle-free.
