I got here at 3pm.. I got to the dock super quick felt them starting to unload me 20 minutes in. It’s now 9:30pm I’m clearly empty because I banged on my trailer and you hear that echo, haven’t felt them move my trailer/since 4:00pm. I still got a red light. I’ll get on that forklift myself or turn that green light on, do you job.. not that much to ask from y’all. Don’t come here if you have the option. How many 1 star reviews do people have to put for something to change?

Every bit as bad as advertised! Arrived at 1630 and checked in for my 1730 del and got a door right away. 30 min in and the light went red and I felt them start to unload the trailer. I dared to think I might be posting a positive review and break the trend here.. that was a pipe dream. It's now 2130, I haven't felt any movement in the trailer for hrs and I still have a red light. Better believe I'm following up on the detention paperwork. It's not busy here, no excuse for such disregard of a driver or shippers time.

Stay away from this place I had to pay a lumber fee and I was held hostage for more than 5 hours even though the fee was cleared, this place really sucks no bathroom no place to go but in your truck, and they take their time to unload and release you. It’s a nightmare, we all are done and waiting to leave

Mens & women's restrooms inside S/R offices
U can check in 2hrs before ur appointment.
After checking in & assigned a door. Place ur paperwork inside ur trlr. A Lumper fee may apply. If so, after you paid it. U will get a green light & ur Paperwork will be inside ur trlr.
Loading & unloading time will vary.
Female guard is lazy & disrespectful so beware.
The 1955 W. North Ave. Entrance is used for Jewel drivers.
The 2101 N. 17th Ave. Entrance is used for other drivers.

Arrived half an hour before appointment time. Security nice and helpful with directions. Got a door right away. Started unloading after 3 hours, but then stopped. No one to talk to and find out why. 8 1/2 hours in total. That's ridiculous for a full truck load, but even more ridiculous for 20 pallets.

I am not sure what world those spoiled drivers are living in but J-O is a gem. With their new check in system and GREAT staff it does not get too much better. A staging yard good for 2 or 4 hrs depending on who you ask, not having to search for a receiving office or stand out in the cold. Spoiled brats, go find an office job steering wheel holders! SO, yes, no O/N and no beautiful drivers lounge with soft music and Capstone is capstone like everywhere......get a life! Thank you to team J-O and the great changes over the years. Wait, I will go to 5 stars just to spite the newbies.
Update; a month since last delivery. Bummer, looks like they are back to a manual check in process. All trucks going straight to docks, not to holding yard. New folks in the shack but quite a bit of chaos. Still pretty quick unloading with Capstone. Doors open on exit.

Thought I'd like to share my two cents worth to the plethora of complaints on this location. I believe my photos here speak for themselves. The security folks were nice. This facility is extremely difficult to locate. It is in a run-down neighborhood with NO directional signs for assistance. It is very easy for drivers to wind up on streets where no trucks are allowed. The facility was probably nice when new. It has been let go. Management is non-existent, and the condition of this place shows it very well. They have a nice open staging area where parking for early arrivals COULD be accepted...it is, in fact, discouraged. They have vast open spaces where they've (previously?) allowed junk trailers to be abandoned. This could be cleaned up and made into overnight parking. There currently isn't any. Apparently, "adult supervision" has abandoned this facility as well. Upon arrival, the truck driver is "expected" to KNOW everything about this "garden spot" without any instructions or direction whatsoever. Trucking companies, please send your more experienced and patient drivers. This is no place for the inexperienced or impatient driver in a hurry! It is, also, difficult to determine if one has arrived at the CORRECT facility. There are labels on the buildings, but, all information (digital and printed) depicts it is an Albertsons facility...WHICH is correct, folks? I will not, voluntarily, be returning to this boil upon the face of real estate again any time soon!!!
