Overpriced, unfriendly, now this? I’ll say goodbye Jackson wines now.

Great selection, but just slightly overpriced on most things. However to me that would be okay because I would like to support local indy shops more, but the attitude of most of the staff is just snarky, unhelpful and irritated. So overpriced and unhelpful/rude, hard pass

Final straw; I asked to see a few high priced bottles in a case and the amount of attitude and eye roll I got was on an industrial level of bad attitude. They keep their “allocated” bourbons in a locked case, and I wanted to see the details on a few. It was I like I asked the clerk to move a pile of boulders, not just unlock a case and move a few bottles around. I was looking at spending $800+, so I don’t think this was a huge ask. If it’s just too much of inconvenience, I can just take my business elsewhere, which I will. There are 4 other shops in Lafayette alone with the same, or better spirits/bourbon options, for the same or less money.

I've now been to 2 of Jackson's affiliated liquor stores; each has knowledgeable staff and a good selection of beers and spirits. I go for the bourbons and stouts and am never disappointed in the selection. be prepared to pay a bit of a premium, but know they have some choices not found at competing local stores. I will definitely continue to shop there.

Great selection of wine and spirits, beer is decent but local craft variety is lacking if you don't want IPA. Check dates before you buy, many beers past Best By Date and over a year from Born On Date.

This is one of the better Liquor stores in the area. Prices, knowledgeable staff, and wide selection. They will special order for you, but you need to give them ample time. They give 10% of six bottles or more that the price doesn't end in a 7, but that bottle still counts as one of the six. They beat the big box stores hands down on prices, customer service and product knowledge.

I really really enjoy shopping here. There is a great selection, Prices are fair, often cheaper than going to a grocery store and if you ask the right person the knowledge is great! (Bill or Joe are most knowledgeable)! Whether you are a somolier, a wine enjoyer or an occasional wine drinker Jackson’s has the wine and recommendation for you. They also have a great selection and knowledge of liquor!

Best liquor store I have ever been to period. Great variety and selection. The people that work their give you great advice. Last time I was there I had a 30 dollar bottle of wine and the guy said "that's okay, but I have a great selection for you." Grabs it and its 19.99. That's the kind of place this is.

It's always had a solid selection and prices. I count on them for Champagne, but also good selections of major regions. They have many of the big names. You have to look a little harder for bargains & discoveries. A very solid go to wine shop.
