Dirty - I had to throw out my couches and mattress because they were covered in whatever mystery material is lined on the ceiling of the storage unit. My items were covered in a blanket but just got crap all over them. They did not offer any credit to make up for the loss.
Wear a mask and eye protection whenever you need to get something.
I paid $189 per month for a 10'x10' storage unit.

Front desk guy is nice, but I would not recommend using their online booking system at all. I chose this place out of desperation during a move, maybe I should've been more patient and waited until one of the storage places in this county had their physical office open; the online contract that you e-sign doesnt even properly populate all of the pertinent info of the agreement (such as the rent space number, and your driver's license number, etc). Fields are just left blank. I sort of ended up with a lease that's useless for my reference. I completed the process and paid $43 for my first "free" month of storage (charges for administrative fees, which is funny because it's an online process that I completed myself). The dude behind the counter when I arrived to check in, seemed either genuinly confused about their pricing breakdown and their online application, or was willingly trying to pull one over on me.
Also, I ended up paying more each month once the agreement was signed, than the prices that were originally advertised. Classic storage facility tactic I guess, but offering prices at $107 a month online and then finding out I somehow agreed to actually paying $121 a month (not printed or referenced in my copy of the lease by the way) disappointed me. I hope the 5x10ft space for the unplanned $121 a month is worth it! The facility at least looked clean, but I'm continuing to look for another facility to move to shortly, as the lack of transparency from this one from the get go is a persistent red flag in my mind. Also the facility across the street is managed by the same company so watch out.

This is a safe and clean storage facility. I’m sad that Carol is no longer at the front desk! She was a very friendly and valued employee.

Took a star away because prices went up to $86 for a small 5x5 unit and they refused to refund me when they accidentally charged me for insurance for two months when I had already submitted my proof of renters insurance.

The manager was really nice and probably didn’t have a lot of control over it. I heard from other people that management changed recently.

I hope the new managers know the community they are in and that everyone talks. If Carol quit, they should know they lost a good employee and the community will miss her.

I have been accommodated very well and the people are sweet fair informative. The grounds are emaculate no pest problems very secure. These people were made to do this!
