Skarlet is hands down the best manager I’ve ever come across. I had been waiting for my delivery for a while due to limited inventory from the vendor (no fault of INPAX). On the scheduled delivery day, I took time off work, but unfortunately, the delivery truck broke down on its way to my home. I was concerned that I’d have to wait even longer and take another day off.

Skarlet went above and beyond to help me. She worked tirelessly to arrange for another contractor to pick up and deliver my couch the same day. Her professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for her customers truly impressed me.
