If no stars were an option that is what I would give them.

As a Hotshot company, I’ve learned that Infinity is not a good-faith company to work with as a hauler (especially Joseph). They will lie to you about the weight on the RateCon of what you are moving, and they’ll blame you when you're caught in the middle of their lies.
Do yourself a favor; which in return will probably save you from a headache and DO NOT haul for them. I believe you will find a better company to haul with.

Side note-I find it funny that their employees are boosting their ratings with 5-star reviews given that they have so few reviews and a low rating on Google.

We have been using this company for a while now. Our Broker Grant goes above and beyond to ensure our pickups / deliveries are meeting the high standards our customers require. He is available to assist us after hours, and keeps in constant communication thought the delivery process. I have been very pleased with the professionalism that we have received. This has been a great asset that I highly recommend to other manufacturers.

Wouldn't pay out layover charges on a shipment - which was due to Infinity providing us the incorrect information for the customs broker. Nor were they any help when it came to solving the issue, we spent an entire day calling different people from THEIR customer to find the information we needed.

When it came to adding layover/detention for the delays, Joe Hill and his team gave us the run around, everytime we called in or emailed he was "busy" or already gone. Finally got in touch with a manager 3 weeks after delivery. Waited on hold for an hour and was told hes not going to approve it because thats just what it is, no explanation or negotiation, simply NO.

Drivers and dispatchers beware - they don't know how to operate a brokerage and then refuse to accept responsibility.

Load #L-10398 delivered 44 days ago, payment not received and their accounting playing cat and mouse game. Filing claim against their Surety Bond and will follow Shipper with payment demand. P.S. Paid on day 48, only after taking above described actions.
