Had my priority express package of live fish held at their facility for 3 days. Because of this, my package is now running on 6 days late, and I can only assume these fish are dead or dying. Had I known the seller would send through USPS I would not have ordered at all, but here we are. If you guys can’t effectively ship live animals, and if labeling something live and express, doesn’t add to the urgency of the contents, maybe just stop doing it all together.

My dispatch messed up our delivery was 1 day next. But they were kind enough to help me out otherwise strictly following appointments. Ample parking i don’t think this place gets crowded. And ample space to move trucks around. Look for Diago Forklift guy he’s very helpful

16 days late for Christmas presents is absolutely ridiculous. If you're that short staffed, shut down for the love of god, instead of holding everyone's Christmas hostage while it sits in the floor of your warehouse.

This place is the most confusing, not helpful, not customer-oriented, and ineffective service. Not timely or transparent with customers about status of packages. Transports packages across routes that don’t make sense such as from the US east coast all the way to the US west coast when the package was ordered to ship to the east coast in the original order.
Anybody who does business with them such as Amazon should be boycotted. Such a waste of money and time.

Industry Distribution Center is not located at unit # 903, it is the whole compound/business center. The address 903 S. Azusa Ave. City of Industry belongs to us Mandalay Trading Corp. (an Asian Food importer and distributor). We already reported this error to Google and we are awaiting this address correction at Google Maps. Apparently, somebody put 903 as the address for Industry Distribution Center. Please do not come here looking for Industry Distribution Center because it is the whole compound, it is not located at unit 903.

My package took 4 days to get from New Hampshire to City of Industry. It's been 5 days now and it's still in Industry Distribution Center and just says "Moving Through Network, arriving late"
