My experience was great. The fellas there were friendly. The gentleman that helped me I believe his name was Victor he was great knowledgeable comforting and fast.. the only complaint was the truck had a sweaty smell. I would rent from this location again

Reserved an auto transport trailer for 6:45pm for 24 hours. They closed at 7 so I made sure to get there early, I picked up the trailer about 6:30 but was not told since I picked up earlier I had to drop it off earlier. I was under the assumption I still had until 6:45 to return it and it was dropped off at 6:45 instead of 6:30. I was charged for a whole extra day of rental for dropping it off at 6:45 and could’ve avoided that extra day charge had I been informed I had to return it by 6:33 instead of 6:45. On top of that, one of the straps used to tie the vehicle being towed was ripped. The strap was not even able to go fully over one of the tires. I specifically told the employee that if I could still use it like that even though one of the straps was ripped and he just shrugged his shoulders. I needed to use the auto transport trailer so I still continued with the rental service but I had to use my own straps to make sure the vehicle I was moving was secure and not a road hazard. I was charged a whole extra day of rental for something that wasn’t even in good condition. Never using U-Haul services again.

The process to make the reservation and pickup/return the rental was good. The staff at the facility was also courteous and knowledgeable. However, the major problem I had was with the truck itself. There was no convex rear view mirror on the passenger side of the truck, which created a huge blind spot that was difficult to manage. Unfortunately I didn’t realize this was the issue until well into the rental period. I reported this problem when I returned the truck. Hopefully the mirror was fixed before the truck was rented again.

This is my 3rd time renting a uhaul truck from Imperial Storage on Voss road. Kevin and Loryn were friendly and professional, answering all my questions and concerns the renting process was fast and easy . Hopefully, I'm done moving, but if I have to move, I will definitely rent a uhaul truck again from Imperial Storage, Thank you.

I was in this Uhaul to rent a truck and long story short...got the Best help, support, kindness and Guidance from the Manager, not owner, who both share the same name lol. The care of this Wonderful person is one of the reasons I like Uhaul and it's authorized Dealers, like Imperial,so much! Yall made the moments of my Day phenomenal 💓
