First off their security was extremely professional and very nice. Does his job 100% with respect. Appointment was at 6pm was docked and red light by 615. Hour and half loading time which is fair time for me. Good experience for us. 10/27/21

You're not allowed inside of the warehouse. Got to call that number to get a door and just wait in your truck for you to get loaded when they're done they'll bring the papers out to you. Google maps will bring you straight to their door. Loading is slow one to two hours tops.

This review is for their customer support and repair policy.

I paid for extended warranty that includes parts and service at home when I purchased my rowing machine. Less than 6 mos later the parts needed to be replaced.

The most ridiculous part of this whole thing is their troubleshooting policy. I was asked to open the rower where all the mechanism and electrical are in (the troubleshooting that I know is resetting the device or maybe unplugging it for 1 minute, but not opening it up). I told them I don’t feel comfortable with this process and asked if they could send a technician instead, but I didn’t have a choice. Then I was asked to take a video of it - from the video they figured out what was wrong (amazing) and said they will order parts and send a technician over. This process took ONE MONTH. Then the technician came and took the whole thing apart only to find out more parts need to be ordered. The technician was nice and explained what was wrong, but this will delay the repair another 2 weeks or so.

Bottom line is, if not because of their stupid troubleshooting policy, if they just sent a technician when I requested them to, the problem could have been fixed by now.

Worst customer service ever. I place an order on February the 10th and they send me an email saying the machine I ordered was back order and it will be ready to be shipped by March 10th. I waited until March 15, and nothing came in my email. I sent them an email that I wanted to cancel and no one reply my email.
I went to the web and revised my order status and it had the same information, that the machine will be sent on March 10th. On March 15 I called the main office to check the status of my order and they told me that my order was back but until May. If I do not call, they do not notify me about it. The costumer service representative told me the system was failing and sometimes does not update the orders, Also she wanted to sell me another machine that either had on stock.
Bad customer service.

Recently spoke with Gary the main guy there a guy that was no help . I give no starts. I rate them no stars. I will no longer buy anything from them ever again Trash experience.Gary Didn’t want to give me a refund or even exchange on 2 damaged Items that was damaged buy UPS.i hope nobody goes through the same thing I went through. If you do go through them make sure you don’t ship your items because all your stuff will gets trashed by them and by UPS. I suggest you do a pick up from the store. But they will get no good reviews from me. You guys are trash with customer service.

The company Icon Fitness has shown me absolutely horrible customer service. I have been waiting on a replacement treadmill for 5 months. Originally purchased from Costco. Had the motor go bad and needed replacing. It was covered under the warranty. After not hearing from them, I called them. They replied with whoops the motor is no longer in production and the treadmill also is no longer in production. So they said I could receive a replacement. That was around 3 months ago. This whole process has taken around 5 months and I am continually told (inaccurately) that "we'll get a new shipment soon". You should receive your treadmill in 14 days. Completely bogus again and again. I understand if inventory is down because of Covid, but I'd prefer if the company was just straight with me about the timeframe. Very bad customer service.
