My scheduled appointment was at 5:00 PM. I arrived and checked in at 4:40 PM, as their policy states that check-in is not permitted more than 20 minutes in advance. I was promptly directed to the appropriate door and informed that my trailer would be ready for loading at approximately 7:00 PM. However, to my surprise, the loading process was not completed until 12:47 AM, resulting in a significant delay of almost 7 hours to load only 16 pallets. It is important to note that the docks were quite congested and busy during this time.

I guess I got lucky I was in and out in about an hour. the problem is there is no place to park around there. They sent me on the back side of the warehouse to be loaded.But I do not do any blind side backing. I dropped my trailer in the yard.Jockey came around and put it in the door for me.They are good people there.Everyone I met was friendly and helpful.

I wish I read the reviews before we took a load from here. My appointment was 10:00 am they loaded me 8:00 pm It is now 10 hours past our appointment and the supervisor just keeps saying the same think over and over truckers don’t even try to come to this facility

loading or unloading can take you one to five hours so be prepared ,but for me, things happened fairly quickly I was ready for about two hours.be patient and professional

Girl at receiving/shipping asked me to find the wrong pickup number and whispers as if anyone can hear what she says. Then she starts acting as if i did something wrong which was totally uncalled for. Not sure what her malfunction is but she needs to start using that head of hers and speak up a bit.

Stop squeezing the trailers so tight together. We Drivers need at least 3 feet to raise the landing gear and check the tires.
