One of the Worst Courier agent in India for International Parcel service to US.
Won't take any responsibility if the Parcel is stuck in-process of transportation.
Customer care service Pathetic. Will give false Promise and wont respond on next follow-up calls. They even don't know how to do Job properly.

My Parents sent the Parcel through this ICL express on two weeks back from India to Houston. And it was stuck at Customs Clearance process. FedEx team requested Agent to upload necessary documents on Day1 through Email.
But they didn't checked Email properly and sent Incomplete data documents. Now FedEx kept this on Hold and request to send back missing documents (Pre-Notice document for Food Items in Parcel).
After that, ICL Express people never responded to that. And when we called for status, they mentioned as "ICL Express and FedEx" has agreement that such documents wont be shared by ICL Express team. It should be shared by End User.

Who the hell will the End User do such work if we pay amount to Agent/Courier service to do the work. Its their responsibility to send all required documents to respective team and must ensure full Job done or not.
But here End User is responsibly for everything, and they will take the Money for just send to Flight. Wah!! what a Job.
Never Ever encourage these Courier service.

Now we have taken this Job to upload such missing document and following up with FedEx and since we are not professional, facing lot of issues with the Customs team on the data presentation and still package is stuck in US Customs from past 1 week.
Don't know whether we will receive or not. else, they will send back to India or throw it away. And we spend nearly thousands of amount for this Stupid Service and all lost it now.

How do we know what kind of format and what type of data we need to present for clearance. Have to do lot of research and needs to work on it.

Worst service. Their tracking website is down for whole day. They dont deliver on time and dont respond for calls. Disappointing.. if you have time bound parcels then avoid ICL

I had very bad experience with this courier. We actually sent 45Kgs items including dresses from India to USA. We received only one box out of 2. We lost all clothes and snacks.We dint even receive that box. I had huge plans for my marriage day with those clothes. This courier ruined everything. I never heard missing couriers from any of my friends. I would never suggest this courier to anyone.
