Sean Oshinki is THE MOST unprofessional person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I was told that I would receive an offer letter after sending him my MVR report, which I had to pay for. After sending the report, which is clean, I was ghosted. After I called the headquarters and was assured this is not how they conduct business and that I would receive a call back and nothing. Interesting they manage to respond to reviews online but can't return a call so obviously it is how they do business. I willl make sure to share my experience with others, especially with my numerous contacts in the food industry.

Pathetic Customer Service.
Sean Oshinski, doesn't have basic manners to speak to customers. Being a bloody manager, he never answers calls so you have to call 10 times to get hold of him. I would say, if you are still in the process of giving them business, AVOID

Small cramped loading dock. Employees get out, block street and take care of business. These larger companies who allow Lumpers to rip off the transportation industry and cause higher prices at market could and should learn things from people like these!
