I understand it’s their job to pick you for a search at the entrance randomly, but please keep in mind that if you have an appointment, you will have to RESCHEDULE. They took 45+ minutes to search my small car, and I had to reschedule my appointment that I had waited a month for. So yeah, if you have an appointment, arrive an hour early. Also, they will talk your head off. I’m like, dude, I have an appointment I have to go….

About the clinic on base, the Army chain of command should be ashamed of themselves. Never before have I seen such a lack of leadership and commonsense. It's almost like the commanders in charge want their soldiers to become the 22 a day. When it's not SSGTS sleeping with the troops it's mind games by deranged E4s that think it's funny to drive somebody to the point they need behavior health. As a Marine I fought the urge to punch every person here in the face for the cowardly way they treat their troops, if the clinic had been my active duty assignment I'd be in the brig.

I was stationed here from the mid 80's to the early 90's, I absolutely love the place, I love Savannah, I love the surrounding areas, the people and the FOOD! Sure wish I could do it again, I have met some of the greatest people while stationed there. Now, many moons later all I can do is visit and reminisce with the find memories!

Hunter was extremely small with absolutely nothing to do. The buildings were in decent condition with the majority of post being renovated.

Tuttle was an absolute joke most days. The nurses are extremely rude (most of them) and rush you. You can’t throw away diapers in the facility when they make you change infants to weigh them! We did enjoy Dr. Kauff and Dr. Swan as doctors but the other doctors seemed to have terrible bedside manner. Most OB services and everything else were at Winn on Stewart. Not a terrible drive (40 min) but it was annoying when they bounced us back and forth so much!

The commissary and PX are tiny because it’s such a small post. We found the produce to be terrible and many of the refrigerated items were past expiration or a day or two out. We found Lucky’s Market, Kroger and Walmart to be way better choices!

The bowling alley and movie theaters have been closed for years. So the only thing open on post for recreation are the playgrounds in housing areas (many are dirty, broken and outdated) and at the lakes. The mosquitoes, gnats and other bugs were so abundant it makes it hard to enjoy the playgrounds.

The sports programs on post for kids were somewhat unorganized. One year for soccer we had a couch, another we didn’t and there was never information put out in advanced.

The pool and splash park were actually pretty great. Since it’s the only thing to do we frequently visited them. The prices were reasonable and the lifeguards were always friendly.

Crime rates around the post were awful. The best thing about this post was the proximity to Charleston, Jacksonville, Atlanta and Orlando!

One Linda Oliva stood at ground zero for weeks from the ground as an air traffic controller around March April 2022. Remember? Now held hostage in monterrey (?) Mexico by some left winged psychos. Supposed to be my "final destination " at the American embassy on Reyes i near hgy 440 you know the deal on those trying to confuse me so badly and have me committed to some psyche hospital where they don't speak English. Going on 3 years and counting. Same every day 24/7.

Well manicured hangars, beautiful tarmac that would rival a formula 1 race track, world class facilities that would make the bellagio in Vegas look like motel 6, what’s not to love? it even comes with your very own mold cultures and hexavalent chromium rizz in your lungs!

This facility is horrifying. If you love your family and yourself you will try and find housing other places. If not then, good luck. The police on base profile and most are VERY unprofessional and down right rude. The houses themselves are rundown beat up peices of polished garbage. The toliet, yes single toilet in 99% percent of the housing even the 3 bed, hiss for hours after use. Not to mention what they pass off as a third bedroom is nothing more than a glorified closet. The walls are paper thin so best have the kids out of the house if you want ANY alone time, plus the people connected to your house can hear you as much as you can hear them. I hope your childs room isn't next to their bedroom. The hot shower water only lasts fpr about 45 minuts and then takes at least 3 hours to heat up again after a single use. This is very problematic if you have a family or even just a spouse. The people that live there are alright however the ones I met were very horrid and two faced. When my husband and I moved away finally NO ONE lended a hand when they saw us struggling even after they had called us their "friends." And yes there are people you have to look out for on base because of concerning mental instability, I have personal tranatizing experiences with them. Honestly if you have to live here I'm so sorry for your loss.

Had to renew my expired residence pass at the main gate and have been through this process at least 4x since covid. There’s always a ton of ppl waiting and like ONE security officer issuing passes. I got here at 11:20a, it is now Noon and I still don’t have my pass. 9 ppl waiting this is sad. And security is nvr in a good mood when I’m here. We def feel their frustrations.
